No management agreement
Using this website, submitting a form, requesting a Portfolio Review, or speaking with Fowler does not by itself create a property-management, brokerage, agency, landlord-tenant, or other contractual relationship. Services, fees, duties, and limitations are governed by a separately executed written agreement.
Pricing and owner terms
The website summarizes Fowler's currently published monthly and event-based fees. The actual scope, responsibilities, and other terms for a property should be reviewed in the proposed written management agreement. Website summaries do not modify an executed agreement.
Third-party services
Owner, tenant, listing, application, social-media, analytics, and other functions may be provided by third parties, including AppFolio. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Fowler is not responsible for a third party's availability, security, accuracy, or conduct except as required by applicable law.
